Hey guys I send you greetings in the name of good health, smaller thighs and a trimmer waist. Yeah it’s me DeeDee Renne letting you know that I am now ready, for the beach or anything else. It is all because of 2 things, Discipline and Medifast!!

Ok now its getting serious!! I went on vacation last weekend and was approached by some men that were half my age, I wore a swim suit and felt good about it. Medifast has really made me look like one of the youngsters!
My daughter who is 14 years old was very proud to walk the water park with her mom. That may not be a big deal to a lot of people, but believe me kids can be cruel sometime. But NOW!!!!! I am looking like I have been trying to look for years. Medifast is the only plan that has worked for me and I am sure it will work for you.

Hey guys it’s me DeeDee Renee, I just want to tell you that I am feeling and looking like a high school girl again, thanks to Medifast. Its Memorial day weekend and I am ready to get into that swimsuit!!!!
I have been faithful to Medifast and Medifast has been faithful to me. I have more energy with my kids and everything else(wink). I walk through the workplace and here WOW! That's when the stride gets in my walk. Once again thank you Medifast for helping me become that young lady that was inside of me!

Ok people, its me DeeDee Renee 34 pounds lighter. This is amazing to me because I have not been in a size 10 in so long. It’s funny because I just got into the size 10 jeans and today they are too big for me!!!
Medifast is the only program that I have tried and has been successful with. I can't tell you how it feels to slide in those jeans I have looked at for years. I am on my way to a size 8 and it feels good!!!!!!! The compliments from other people just let me know that Medifast is working. I will be in that swimsuit this summer, not the one I have to wear but the one I WANT to wear. Thanks Medifast!!!!
