How wonderful is that??? For all those folks JUST LIKE ME that tried everything and nothing worked, MEDIFAST works! Wow, I still can't believe that is Meeee up there! So hard to believe. It's like a dream come true! Honestly, Medifast helped me get that weight off-- FINALLY! Nothing worked before--- not the high protien drama programs, nor the over the counter "I'll just do the same thing with these shakes and it should work just fine" lame attempts.
I thought I was doomed and destined to be a size 16/18+ forever! I was uncomfortable, and slow, and it had been years since I heard a "cat call" or anything close! I had settled on my squishy existence and regretfully accepted it, sigh, and GROSS!!!
Then along came Medifast and at first I was a bit skeptical- I mean-- HOW could this diet be any different. WELL FOR CRYING OUT LOUD--- LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!! It works!!!!! I really wanted it and it worked! I am now improving my physical shape even more, by increasing my exercise and weight training. I am wearing a pair of SIZE 4 jeans and 6 people today told me that I look GREAT!!!! EVEN better than before. That NEVER Gets old!...
OMG...Training with the Marines

Yew know, I NEVER thought I would EVER say that I was "training with the Marines." Well, it's just one actually, but look at meeee. 39 1/2 years old and in the best shape of my life! All because Medifast helped me get those extra 50 pounds off, my life has changed! BIG TIME!
When I saw my body fat drop to 17 1/2 percent (in the excellent category mind you) I thought--- WHY not??? WHY NOT FINALLY take my physical self to it's full potential??? I NEVER was able to do this before and sometimes it's hard to believe---- but when I saw the weight come off in a matter of 3 months --- Thanks to Medifast--- it was like a DREAM come true!...
35 Pound Cat Litter at Target...

Howdeedoo all. Today on my lunch break I hit Target to do some quick shopping cuz life with a busy 7 year old allows for few other opportunities to get that done. Ss I whipped in the store, I passed by the shopping carts and grabbed what I needed, which included a 35 pound bucket of CAT LITTER!
I ended up having to carry it halfway around the store and it got HEAVY. I began to think as I was doing this, "HOW on EARTH did I carry that extra 50+ pounds around for SO LONG?" No wonder my back doesn't hurt anymore and my blood pressure is down. THAT'S A REALLY BIG MASSIVE CHUNK OF ME GONE!!!! And I owe it all to Medifast...

Honestly, everywhere I go the big question is, "OHMYGAWD. Did you have surgery? WHAT DID YOU DO???? HOW CAN I DO IT????" I tell 'em with a big smile that it's Medifast, fast, easy and simple!!!
