I never get tired of ‘em…
One gal here in Bakersfield keeps me posted on her progress and it tickles me that she always follows up with “And I didn’t cheat, not one bit!!!” Her first week was VERY successful, 6 pounds and 4 inches. That’s VERY cool!
Matter of fact, it’s your letters and e-mails that inspire me, and continue to do so as I take off these extra 10 I put on since my tummy tuck surgery in December.
I am down 4 pounds now and today I zipped up my REEEEEEEEALLLY skinny pants from back in the day. The only thing now is, I don’t have the loose skin hangin’ over the top.

Hey Y’all. I have been sharing – quite honestly lately that since my tummy tuck over the Holidays --- and it looks phenomenal I might add. But as I have noticed, the swelling down there remains, a little extra weight that unfortunately can NOT be considered swelling! YIKES and HOLY SMOKES!!!
I have indeed put on an extra 10! So, here we go. Last Tuesday, April 3rd, I started on Medifast full force again, and today (6 days later) I weighed in at 3.5 pounds down. I got the same unbelievable thrill I did the first week I started taking off my 54 pounds in the beginning…:>:>:>
Having major surgery might have slowed me down a bit, but with the ease of the Medifast program, I can take these extra 10 off healthy and FAST! I would have rather not said anything to you and just take off the weight and breathe a word, but that wouldn’t be honest. Subtle weight gain happens to everyone.
