One of the most important things that Medifast has taught me is: Eat OFTEN and EAT SMART! I was TOTALLY one of those gals that DIDN’T eat breakfast, and would eat a light lunch and a big ol salad for dinner with croutons and bread too. And I was flabbergasted that I wasn’t losing weight!!!
Well, I learned that eating wise choice, smaller meals was the ANSWER!!!! Now I eat promptly within an hour of getting up. I snack in the mid-morning, have a sensible lunch, and a mid-day snack too.
I have eliminated or drastically reduced breads, pastas, rice, potatoes and don’t drink alcohol so that’s not a problem--- but if you do, you should limit your drinks!!! Alcohol is pure sugar and carbohydrates. Medifast not only gives you the food to lose your weight, but gives you the tools as well. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? :>
