They're Everywhere!!!

Those pesky little ads for every weight loss products known to MAN are all over the place! Advertising is everywhere since it's the beginning of 2007 and everybody and their brother is looking for a way to lose weight that really works.

I've been seeing ads for supplements, herbs, and the celebrity-endorsed programs. NOW that always frustrated me because the CELEBRITIES weren't LIKE ME AT ALL!!! Of course their chosen Weight Loss Program worked (FOR THEM) because they had a private chef and personal trainer!!!! Grrrrrrr!

Well, I gotta tell you, I am just LIKE YOU!!! I just wanted something that took off the weight, something that was EASY to do, where I wasn't hungry 24/7, that didn't cost a billion dollars, that tasted good and that FRIGGIN' WORKED and the results LASTED!

I found that with Medifast! It was easy AND fast and the weight has stayed off! I recently underwent a tummy tuck (to take off extra skin from my weight loss!) and I am still a little swollen and bloated and sore, but I should be back to normal soon. I can't wait to get back out and exercise!!!!

And real quick - as for the celebrity spokespeople and personal trainers - I just want you to know that I started running AFTER my weight came off and because I wanted to, for the first time in my LIFE!!! I was never able to do so before. No personal trainer for me (with the exception of being drafted by the First Sgt to train for Volkslauf last year --- VERY masochistic on my part, but I sure had fun)!
