Ya Gotta Lose the Weight First :)

Hey there everybody! This is my first chance back to bloggin'. I have been down the last few days recovering from a Tummy Tuck!! Whooooooohooooooo!

No matter how much weight I lost, or how much I exercised, there was this stubborn little patch of "squishiness" that WOULD NOT go away, NO matter WHAT! So I ventured down to Dr. Shah's office and had him slice off what I couldn't get off with diet and exercise.

Now, I am not the only one to do so. Medifast is so awesome and EASY and FAST, that several folks that have lost their weight had thieir extra skin removed (some Medifasters even had some parts lifted and embellished if you will---wink wink!!! :> GOOD FOR THEM! ).

Dr. Shah was so excited when I told him about how I lost the weight, because he says so many pass through his office and want to have the weight (not just the extra skin) cut off. He was adamant about his patients losing their weight FIRST and doing it right and healthy! So, he was stoked about how well Medifast worked for me and said he would suggest it to those who were looking for a solution that really, FINALLY and definitely works!

Medifast has changed my life in more wonderful ways than I could ever tell you. I know that you made that courageous New Year's Resolution, and I'm telling you, I've tried it and it really works! Medifast. Order through this site, use the coupon code "ANNE" and save a bunch of cash!!!!

I'm tellin' ya, it's easy, it's FAST and it works. Medifast!!! :)

Anne, darling...so glad you're back. How long did you wait on transition/maintenance before you did the tuck? For me, the easy part is the weight loss...the difficult part is keeping it off. Just curious about the details (you've been skinny as long as I've been on Medifast...and that's been about 12 weeks now. 39 lbs gone forever!!!

I listen to you every afternoon on my way home at 4:30 and just wanted to tell you that I really enjoy listening to you. You are always interesting with your little facts about musicians, etc.and it just seems like you always know what to say and when to say it. I am 67 years old so your show is not just for young adults - you seem funny, kind and I look forward to listening each day.
