OMG. For the first time ever, sigh...

I got on the scale, a trust worthy scale, and I was up 3 pounds! SIGH! Now, why am I being so honest? Shouldn't I just say that all is well and wonderful and yada yada yada? Well, it IS STILL WONDERFUL, even though this isn't water weight. I can tell (cuz it's a Dr's Scale that I have used time and time again) that this is the real deal.
It's the Holidays. I am, and have been, in a comfortable loving, relationship (and there have been a coupla comfort foods I have let slip into my lean and greens :> ) and I have licked perhaps one too many Steven Tyler Fudge spoons.
I have transitioned into a very healthy eating pattern---that Medifast has taught me, but this is the first time I have seen the scale move the other way since September 2005! It's my fault totally. Soooo here's what I'm gonna do, put my money where my mouth is and I am gonna be INSPIRED by this little gain and I'm not gonna let that weight come back.
I am going to do what I did in September of 2005. I am going to apply all Medifast has taught me and I am going to DO THIS EXACTLY as directed, no cheating!!! EVER!! And by my new little goal date 12/22/06, I plan on being down those 3 pounds and one to spare.
When I first started Medifast the weight came off FAST and EASY, 2-3 pounds per week easy. Some weeks it was 7! So this is gonna be a breeze. I've done it before and it's just 3 pounds. So here I go--- I started up again the morning of Monday 12/11 at 10 am.
Do this with me.. It's a wonderful way to live! Now, for the first time in my life, I can be proactive about my weight. I finally have the control I have always wanted, and although I look the same and the compliments still pour in and I am still as physically fit, I can see and study what is going on in my body and I finally have something to "Fix" it.
