Hello Anne,

I just wanted to let you know you are freaking HOT!!!!! And your new guy is HOT!!! You two look great together, like a rock star and his smokin' hot chick!!!!!

I am having a big problem with my weight and would like your advice on how you did it. I know it still takes a lifestyle change, but how long did it take and what did you do?

I lost my weight rather fast and it was incredibly EASY!!! I started in mid-September of '05 as a size 16/18/20 and around 205 pounds! By mid- February of '06, I was in a size 6 and had dropped over 50 pounds!!!
