The Amazing E-mails keep Comin'

I gotta tell ya... I am getting more and more e-mails from folks like Joyce who have been hearing about Medifast for months and now have begun their own marvelous journey to a happier and healthier life... take a look:

"Dear Anne, My son, AJ, made a deal with me a few months ago. He would sell his motorcycle, and I would have 6 months to lose 50 pounds or I would have to give him $2,000 towards buying a new one! YIKES! I do not like him driving a machine that goes so fast and protects so little, and I thought that the incentive would be all it would take for me to lose the weight.

I had no intention of turning over my hard-earned cash, however I only lost 15 pounds in 4 months. Two weeks ago my son showed me your website and that evening I ordered 4 weeks of Medifast. I began last Monday and in just one week I have lost a remarkable 11.5 pounds! Seeing your photos really encouraged me to try, and getting a free week of food convinced my husband that it was a good deal. Thank you so much for showing your success and for making the process of buying such a good deal.

This week has had its challenges too. Friday was my birthday, I went out to eat and ate a piece of broiled salmon and broccoli, plus a small salad with a bit of fresh salsa on it! WOW. I had the power, not the food! On Saturday our family went to the Melodrama to celebrate my birthday. Everyone was eating hot dogs, and pizza and all the tempting goodies that I have always associated with the Melodrama, but I had a Medifast Smores bar and water...lots of water! Thank you again for your help. You look terrific!" -Joyce V. Bakersfield

Again, I want to cry tears of joy because I know how it felt when those first 11.5 pounds came off me. Medifast makes it easy and FAST! I am living proof that this remarkable program really works. Medifast has been around for 25 years and is recommended by thousands of physicians. I tried it and it changed my life. Please do this for you, it can and will work for you too!

Hi Anne, I have been using Medifast now for 6 1/2 weeks...and I have lost 29 1/2 pounds since starting on it! However, I am a bit frustrated at this time because the scale hasn't moved in 10 days..grrrr... but I am losing inches like mad! Now I am afraid I will not make my goal wieght and I will loose the $2000 bet with my son. Does you have any ideas on how to break a plateau? I know I am still loosing fat, I am in size 20 jeans! I was wearing 28's and 30's! My thinking is that I am not loosing pounds even though I am getting smaller because I am building muscle. But...I still do not want to give my son money!
This last week I took a huge step of faith, at least huge for me. I packed up every peice of clothing that was even a tiny bit too big and got rid of it! Even things I really loved, and some things that I had just bought recently. I gave some to a co-worker and the rest I took to my sister-in-law who hasn't seen me for about a year. She saw me and made me show her my stomache! She could not beleive that I had not had gastric bypass!
Thanks Kelly for all your encouragement. AND please if you have any ideas how to break through this plateau let me know ASAP! My 39th wedding anniversary is on August 6th and I want the last 6 pounds of the 50 off by then!
Thak you so much.
Joyce
