Wow, I still can't believe that is Meeee up there! So hard to believe. It's like a dream come true! Honestly, Medifast helped me get that weight off-- FINALLY! Nothing worked before--- not the high protien drama programs, nor the over the counter "I'll just do the same thing with these shakes and it should work just fine" lame attempts.
I thought I was doomed and destined to be a size 16/18+ forever! I was uncomfortable, and slow, and it had been years since I heard a "cat call" or anything close! I had settled on my squishy existence and regretfully accepted it, sigh, and GROSS!!!
Then along came Medifast and at first I was a bit skeptical- I mean-- HOW could this diet be any different. WELL FOR CRYING OUT LOUD--- LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!! It works!!!!! I really wanted it and it worked! I am now improving my physical shape even more, by increasing my exercise and weight training. I am wearing a pair of SIZE 4 jeans and 6 people today told me that I look GREAT!!!! EVEN better than before. That NEVER Gets old!
