I love this!!! STILL folks come to find out what the “secret” is, and you know what, Medifast for two – is STILL less than a regular grocery shopping bill for two and that’s 5 meals per DAY EACH!!!

I also got a call today from a gal who is opting for Medifast rather than surgery, and I’m all for that! I personally have met several folks who have not only succeeded with Medifast, but taken it past the 100 pound mark. It not only works Fast and EASY, it’s good for you and a MUCH healthier alternative.
