This brought tears to my eyes... Honestly -- Stuff like this is WHY I do what I do!

I don't know how to express the emotions I felt when I opened up this e-mail from a gentleman I like to call "Medifast Ed". Perhaps you should just read it for yourself...

Hey Anne,

Just updating you on the latest. I have now reached the 100 lbs. mark on my weight loss in just 3 months and 21 days. Only 50 more lbs. until I reach my goal. My sister-in-law has lost 18 lbs. in 4 weeks. My mom has lost 12 lbs. in 2 weeks. A friend at work Jennifer has lost 12-15 lbs. in 2 weeks and another co-worker Dale lost 10 lbs. the first week.

I feel great and have so much energy. When I go out, I am getting compliments all the time and of course I have to explain that I did not have surgery and then I explain the Medifast program to them. They are so impressed that many have said they are going to try it out too. I am starting to get a big head because of all the compliments of how good I am looking.
