Memorial Weekend Revelations

This past 3-day weekend I got a chance to see some family members that I haven't seen since the end of November. They were blown away by the difference since then - WOW!

Because I started Medifast in September and the "lion's share" of the weight came off by the Thanksgiving holiday, to think that I had changed even more since then was pretty dayumn cool! I continue a maintenance program on Medifast --- plug along with my physical training --- and use the TOOLS I LEARNED on Medifast: eat within the first hour of waking up, Drink tons of water, eat sensible meals every 2 hours and eliminate the pastas, breads, potatoes and rice, etc!

Medifast has taught me a whole new way to live! And they make it easy, BIG TIME! With over 50 different meals to choose from, you eat 5 of theirs and one "lean and green" of your own. It doesn't get more simple than that!!! If you have been looking, or if you are searching FINALLY for a way to lose weight, why not at least TRY Medifast for a month!? I was skeptical too, but was very much pleasantly surprised when I saw the pounds MELT away!

Come on it's short-wearin' weather! You owe it to yourself and anyone who's gonna see you in shorts. Medifast really works!
